My current opinion !
Theory cannot explain the effects which Wuerth claims to have observed and seems to be confirmed by Buchers experiment, see http://www.overunity-theory.de/rotator/Bucher.htm .
If the Wuerth's experiment is performed as fall experiment, own experiments demonstrate that classical theory of mechanics is in coincidence with the experiments.
